Negotiable basic up to £25,000 plus EXCEPTIONAL earning potential by way of ££££££ commision/bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing medical/Healthcare recruitment agencies in Leeds. Having recently won a number of new contracts, they now require an additional Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team to head up the Nurses division. This is a fantastic opportunity especially if you have designs on building your own team around you.
You MUST have previous experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant providing Nurses to NHS and Private and Voluntary organisations and have worked with both on and off framework clients. You should be bright, enthusiastic, organised, have an eye for detail and be able to work to strict deadlines.
The office environment is both busy and vibrant and promotes a fun, loud and exciting atmosphere, therefore you should have an outgoing, adaptable personality, be able to work at pace and have the desire to provide a first class service for your Clients and candidates alike.
The commision/bonus structure with this business is second to none and will give you the opportunity to earn significant amounts of money in addition to your basic salary whereby you should be looking to double your earnings as an absolute minimum.
