Recruitment Consultant - Engineering - Derby £50-70k

To continue with the measured and sustainable growth of this business they now have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Professional to develop the Engineering division working on mid to senior level roles within engineering.
The opportunities for growth are phenominal especially given that you will be able to gain leverage off the existing excellent reputation of the business. The ideal candidate will be professional, confident, hard working, technically capable, commercially aware and be able to inspire and influence a team.
You should already have a track record in the engineering market and be able to demonstrate a high level of achievement in gaining new business and fee income growth.
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY IS ESSENTIAL.
