Perms Recruitment Consultant - Leicester - Industrial sector
Salary up to £28,000 + OTE £60/80k - including car for senior consultants
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an amazing company who work with some very well-known brands, with a reputation as being a great company to work, and good retention of their staff with career progression, a company that will need no introduction and has the reputation of providing quality recruitment solutions, working within the Industrial Sector you will be dealing with all the perms roles within the vertical market This is a great opportunity to earn some great money as for the first 6 months they have NO THRESHOLD so anything you bill you will be paid on.
The role involves the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish, managing your own desk and building relationships with existing clients as well as generating new business, advertising role and interviewing potential candidates.
You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career.
