My client is looking for an experienced SEND or Secondary consultant to join their growing team in a bespoke agency based in Nottingham.
They have a unique business model as they only place permanent & long term bookings in the supply education sector. This means no early starts as the hours of work are 9am - 6pm.
It also means that there is a very generous holiday allowance of sixty days. So when schools are off, you are off.

You also have the flexibility to work at home full time, or go to the office on whatever spilt you want.
To qualify for consideration for this post, you will:
- Be an experienced recruiter with at least three years' experience in a similar role
- Not be a job hopper. If you have had three jobs in the last three years, this is not the role for you
- Be a proven biller: we are looking for a consultant who is consistently over 100 days a week & a personal best of around 150 days in 'normal times' (pre-COVID)
