Director Big Data/Analytics Recruitment New York Basic Salary to 200k plus bonus, benefits etc OTE 300k-£350k
Our client is a highly successful player in the International Specialist Recruitment market. Covering a variety of sectors they are now looking for a strong Recruiter to head Technology in New York.
Operating completely independently, you will have full P&L responsibility and although this is a multi site organisation, the business has been described as having very much a boutique feel. No Micromanagement, this is YOUR business and you will be given the remit to run it as you see fit.To qualify you will have started your recruitment career as a top biller before moving into Management. Someone who is strong operationally and who will motivate, develop amd expand an already successful team to circa 40 staff.
A min of 8 years industry experience is essential for you to have the gravitas to manage this team. You also need to be a strong, inspirational leader.
