Our client is looking to appoint a Perms or temps Consultant for specialist desk which is already outstripping forecasts. You should already be working as a Perms Recruitment Consultant in the Property or Commercial sector of recruitment, however successful candidates working in other sectors of recruitment will be considered. Whilst being a Recruitment Consultant is always about sales, this company prefers to take a more consultative approach to relationship building and business development, therefore the loud/noisy "RahRah"sales approach would definitely NOT be right for them.
You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career. This is a client facing role and you will also be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your section.
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN RECRUITMENT IS A MUST
