Industrial Recruitment Consultant. Temps desk
Fantastic opportunity to join a busy High street Industrial Recruiter with massive earning potential - Basic to £30k dependent on your experience and billing history plus great commission paying up to 15% on monthly billings. OTE for year one is £45k. Lots of other benefits including meals out, team events and sales incentives to appeal to your competitive nature. The role will include the full 360 degree of recruitment. In addition to winning new business opportunities, you will be required to source suitable candidates and manage the entire recruitment selection process and manage a temp industrial desk.
This is a Temps Industrial desk.
We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and sales. Our client has also invested heavily in their digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement. Therefore, you’ll have the tools and database to make successful placements. You’ll walk into an active pipeline with full marketing support.
