Ruth Moran initially started life in the legal profession before moving into recruitment in 1988. She worked within both legal and financial services recruitment, rising to the position of Director with a major player before moving into recruitment to recruitment at a Senior Management level.
Established in April 1999, our success has been based on our belief that our candidates really do matter. Following the 'fast buck' approach does create profit in the short term but a poor reputation long term. This is why our business has endured and gone from strength to strength over the past four years.
As a consultancy we have to advertise. Although the majority of our business comes from referrals we still need to keep an active presence in the market. One of the reasons we are not overly keen on general advertising is that we prefer to take a brief from each candidate when we initially speak to them and set to work finding them the RIGHT as opposed to simply putting them forward to a particular role advertised. It could for example, be that you are relocating and do not know the firms in your area.
