We have a dedicated International division here at Ruth Moran Consulting as this part of our business has taken off over the last three years. With an increase in demand for experienced 360 recruiters worldwide and with work visas becoming more attainable across the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, our international rec2rec business has gone from strength to strength. We have developed our client relationships over the last three years and have some excellent client knowledge and relocation advice for candidates. We have even visited our clients in Dubai and Australia and have a strong presence in the U.S.A already.
What sets us apart is our candidate relationships. We are happy to talk outside of work hours to give advice, interview preparation and answer any questions or queries you may have. We receive a lot of referrals from candidates we have worked with and we continue to keep in touch and build our global network, successfully and organically. We also have documents giving skype interview advice, business plan/presentation advice and we have information on the individual interviewers that we send out to each candidate in the interview process, to ensure they are fully prepared for each stage of the process.
The visa process is handled directly by the prospective employer and their internal teams. We cannot help with these matters however every business we work with has experience obtaining work visas for international candidates and has an individualised agreement with immigration in their respective country. We can of course give basic advice/information for every process.
