The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to take over our highest billing desk following an internal promotion. We're seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in placing locum/temp legal professionals within the private practice sector. Candidates from a legal background are preferred but anyone with professional services experience is encouraged to apply. 

About the Role

You'll inherit a thriving desk with an established client base and a substantial qualified database of candidates. This role offers the perfect platform for an ambitious recruiter looking to maximize their earnings potential while working with prestigious legal firms across the UK.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop relationships with law firms nationwide
• Source and place high-caliber locum legal professionals
• Meet and exceed billing targets
• Leverage our extensive candidate database
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, specifically within the locum/temporary market
• Candidates from other professional services sectors will be considered if you have demonstrable success running a temps/locum desk
• Strong business development skills and relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
