Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Consumer, Technology, Media, and Infrastructure sectors
• Source high-caliber finance professionals from newly qualified accountants to CFO level
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a consultative approach
• Build and nurture your candidate network through referrals and proactive talent engagement
• Meet and exceed personal revenue targets while contributing to team objectives

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in Finance & Accounting recruitment, with demonstrable billing success
• Established network within the South East finance market
• Commercial acumen and understanding of client business requirements
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
