The Role

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the Oil & Energy sector
• Deliver highly skilled professionals into various permanent and interim roles
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth
• Work collaboratively with our recruitment teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• Essential: Must hold a UK passport for visa purposes
• Proven track record in recruitment account management, preferably within the Oil & Energy sector
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to relocate from the UK to Houston, Texas
