About the Role
We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our thriving recruitment agency, specializing in placing mid to senior-level professionals within the financial services sector. This is a delivery-focused role working exclusively with our established client base - no business development required.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates for mid to senior-level positions across financial services
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to successful placement
- Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber candidates
- Work closely with established clients to understand their specific requirements
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Achieve individual and team placement targets
Essential Requirements
Experience Required:
- Proven track record in recruitment with demonstrable placement success
- Extensive experience placing candidates across multiple financial services sectors:
- Wealth Management
- Asset Management
- Insurance
- Pensions
- Strong understanding of mid to senior-level roles within financial services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
