Recruitment Resourcer - Public Sector IT Specialists

The Opportunity
Due to urgent requirements across our IT NHS Division, IT Police Division, and IT Social Care Division, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile public sector clients on business-critical IT transformation projects.
You will be joining an experienced team of recruiters in our Leeds office, where you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality IT contractors for interim and fixed-term positions
- Utilise multiple sourcing methods to identify candidates across various platforms and networks
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT professionals specialising in public sector environments
- Support urgent requirements across NHS, Police, and Social Care IT divisions
- Develop relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices and market intelligence
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer with demonstrable success in candidate sourcing
- Experience using a variety of methods to identify and attract candidates (job boards, social media, networking, databases, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment, preferably within the public sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple urgent requirements
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
