The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and deliver senior candidates for global technology businesses
• Conduct executive searches across the US and European markets
• Work with SaaS companies, AI disruptors, and scaling tech organizations
• Focus primarily on Sales and Senior Leadership roles, with C-suite opportunities
• Market mapping and talent pooling strategies
• Candidate shortlisting and comprehensive interviewing
• Provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Lead offer negotiations to successful completion

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record as a high-performing Delivery Consultant
• Consistent billing history exceeding £250k annually
• Experience in senior-level recruitment and executive search
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
