Senior Executive Search Delivery Consultant
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive + Commission (£250k+ billing expectation)

✅ What You'll Need to Bring
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering Senior level Sales or Leadership hires
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients (£1B+ revenue)
- Strong understanding of Technology markets – especially IT Services, Software or AI
- £250k+ billings per year – consistently delivered
- Confident, credible communicator – able to influence candidates and consult with clients
- Resilience, pace, and a winning mindset
- A positive mindset and winning, team orientated mentally.
- A passion for learning and self development.
