Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment campaigns for emerging technology roles with high-value placements
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients and candidates
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Represent the company at prestigious trade fairs across Europe and the US
• Drive business development in new and existing markets

What We Offer

Financial Package:

• Basic salary up to £45,000
• Realistic Year 1 OTE: £80,000

• Proven track record as a Senior Recruitment Consultant OR
