Senior Technology Consultant - Milton Keynes

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will manage client relationships, deliver high-quality assignments, and drive business development in line with our strategic sales funnel. You will build and leverage your network to connect with top-tier talent and clients while collaborating with our Research team to ensure exceptional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of projects and revenue targets, ensuring a robust pipeline of roles through proactive business development.

  • Win new business from existing accounts and manage commercial agreements in alignment with our sales funnel.

  • Attend industry events, with potential for international travel.

  • Deliver projects to the highest standards within agreed deadlines, exceeding client and candidate expectations.

  • Follow our Prince2 project management methodology, including research, longlisting, headhunting, candidate/client management, and project reviews.

  • Mentor and develop junior staff, including Researchers and Consultants, and lead training sessions where needed.

  • Manage time effectively, prioritise workloads, and champion best practices in using our CRM system (Thrive).

  • Complete necessary weekly paperwork and data collation.

  • Drive a positive, results-oriented culture in line with our core values.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience or a proven track record in a comparable sales environment.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills to engage candidates, clients, and colleagues.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Strong work ethic with grit, determination, and a positive can-do attitude.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Collaborative team player with a focus on building relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
