Senior Recruitment Consultant – Business Change & Transformation
Financial Services | 100% Remote | £60k + Uncapped Commission to 25%
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established boutique recruitment agency specialising in Business Change and Transformation within Financial Services.
This is a pure 180 recruitment role focused entirely on sales, business development, and client relationship management. If you thrive on winning new business, building strategic partnerships, and operating with complete autonomy, this opportunity is for you.

The Day-to-Day
- Proactively identify and win new clients across the Financial Services sector
- Build and maintain strategic C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships
- Develop deep market intelligence and sector expertise
- Manage existing client accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with our resourcing team to ensure seamless candidate delivery
- Occasional travel to client meetings across London
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in 180 recruitment or new business development
- Experience within Financial Services recruitment (highly desirable)
- Natural networker with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with a hunter mentality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Consultative approach with genuine interest in clients' business challenges
