Salary: Up to £35k DOE + commission scheme

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the legal sector? Join a well-established Manchester-based agency specialising in private practice recruitment across the North West. We’re looking for a professional who thrives on the delivery side — managing recruitment processes, building strong relationships, and sourcing exceptional legal talent.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for existing clients within the private practice legal market.

• Sourcing hard-to-find legal professionals through proactive headhunting, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

• Providing an outstanding candidate and client experience with a focus on quality, professionalism, and results.

• Developing trusted relationships with hiring managers and legal professionals across the North West.

• Optionally developing your skills in business development with full support and training if you wish to expand your career scope.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant — ideally within the legal or professional services sectors.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and a delivery-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer care skills.

• A proactive approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines.

• Based in or within commuting distance of Manchester.
