What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients at top-tier law firms
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing legal professionals across all practice areas
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial brief to placement
• Developing a deep understanding of the legal market and career pathways
• Meeting with candidates and clients to understand their needs and aspirations
• Negotiating offers and facilitating successful placements

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

• Recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, engaging manner suited to the high-calibre legal market
• Ambitious and target-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

• Degree in Law or demonstrable interest in the legal sector
• Previous customer-facing or sales experience
