Recruitment Team Manager – ERP (UK, Europe & US Markets) Manchester (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced recruitment leader with a background in the Tech sector? We're a thriving recruitment agency specializing in placing ERP professionals across the UK, Europe, and the United States, and we're looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our growing ERP team in Manchester.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a team of experienced recruiters operating in the ERP market. You'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional results across UK, European, and US markets. You'll be connecting talent with organizations implementing enterprise resource planning solutions across various industries and territories.
As Recruitment Manager, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across your team, driving performance, implementing best practices, and building lasting relationships with key clients across multiple territories. While there's some cold outreach involved, the majority of new business comes through our dedicated lead generation activity, allowing you and your team to focus on what you do best – recruiting and relationship building.
You'll also have the opportunity to attend international trade fairs and events, conduct strategic client visits, and truly immerse yourself in this specialist market while developing the next generation of recruitment talent.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or manager within the Tech sector (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience managing and developing recruitment teams
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and drive team performance to achieve targets
- Knowledge of the ERP market or experience within enterprise software recruitment is advantageous
- A strong track record of delivering results and building candidate and client relationships
- Confident in business development and comfortable with some cold outreach activity
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across international markets
