Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer – Insurance Sector
Location: London (Flexible Working Available)

A well-established, boutique recruitment agency based in London is looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join its growing team. The agency specialises in sourcing and filling vacancies across the insurance sector, supporting clients on both front-end operational roles and technical back-office functions.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent within the insurance market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates for insurance roles using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other recruitment tools

  • Proactively headhunting and cold calling prospective candidates

  • Managing and maintaining accurate candidate records with a high level of attention to detail

  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and qualification calls

  • Supporting consultants by building strong candidate pipelines

  • Providing a professional, consultative experience for candidates at all times


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within the recruitment industry (essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
