About the Opportunity

An established and independent search and advisory firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Search Consultant to join their London-based practice. This is a rare opportunity to work at the pinnacle of public sector leadership recruitment, partnering with prestigious clients to identify and secure transformational leaders for the most senior and strategically critical roles.

The Role

You will lead executive search mandates across the public, commercial, and third sectors, working with clients including universities, local authorities, central government departments, the NHS, Ministry of Defence, and other significant public institutions. Your remit extends beyond traditional search to encompass a comprehensive suite of services: board and executive search, talent insight and intelligence, strategic communications, and leadership capability solutions.

Operating at the highest levels of seniority, you will provide clients with powerful talent insights that drive better hiring decisions, enhance leadership teams, and elevate corporate performance. Assignments may span domestic and international markets, reflecting the global nature of exceptional talent.
