The Role

Working fully remotely, you'll recruit across the UK market, connecting exceptional actuarial and insurance professionals with career-defining opportunities. Whether you're already experienced in this sector or looking to transfer your recruitment skills into a specialist niche, this role offers genuine autonomy, professional development, and the chance to build a lucrative desk in a supportive environment.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience at any level of your career (agency or in-house)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote working environment
• A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike
• Knowledge of the actuarial/insurance sector is beneficial but not essential
