The Role
They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team and take ownership of Digital & Creative permanent placements across the North West.
The successful candidate will be developing new business relationships with a diverse range of commercial organisations, winning opportunities to source and supply hard-to-find candidates in a competitive market. Working across the full recruitment lifecycle, they will be placing talent in key areas including:
- SEO Specialists
- PPC Executives
- Digital PR professionals
- Marketing Executives
- PHP Developers
Candidates range from emerging talent to senior-level professionals, giving the opportunity to work on varied and challenging briefs.
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Digital, Marketing, or Creative sectors
- A track record of developing new business relationships and winning clients
- Strong ability to source, engage, and place hard-to-find candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- A commitment to delivering exceptional, tailored service
