About the Role

An established recruitment agency is experiencing exciting growth and expanding its Private Law Firm Practice division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team and make this role truly their own.

The agency is looking for someone who can hit the ground running – winning new clients, building strong relationships, and sourcing top legal talent. Whether the candidate's background is placing lawyers at regional SMEs or navigating the complexities of Magic Circle firms, the agency wants to hear from them. They're completely open to any niche specialism within the legal sector.

What the Role Involves

• Winning and developing new client relationships within private law firms
• Sourcing, screening and placing high-quality legal professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
• Building and maintaining a strong network within the legal sector
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the expanding division

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within the legal sector
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
• Excellent candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a consultative approach
• Experience working with any type of law firm – regional, national, or international
