Recruitment Manager – Social Care

 

Location: Surrey (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)

 

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + competitive commission scheme

 

Team: Managing a team of 4 Recruitment Consultants

 

Billing: Non-billing – focus is entirely on leadership and delivery

 

 

Are you an experienced recruitment leader ready to take full ownership of a high-performing delivery team? We are looking for a driven and people-focused Recruitment Manager to lead our social care division in Surrey – a fast-paced, purpose-driven role where your leadership will make a genuine difference to vulnerable people across the county.

 

This is a non-billing position, meaning you can dedicate your energy entirely to what you do best: developing your team and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes. All vacancies come to you exclusively from a well-established portfolio of existing clients, so there's no cold sales – just quality delivery and relationship management from day one.

 

 

•        Leading, motivating and developing a team of 4 recruitment consultants to consistently achieve and exceed targets

 

•        Overseeing end-to-end recruitment delivery across qualified and unqualified social care roles across Surrey

 

•        Setting, monitoring and reporting on team KPIs and objectives to drive performance and accountability

 

•        Managing key stakeholder relationships with a variety of established clients, ensuring exceptional service at all times

 

•        Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

 

•        Ensuring full compliance with IR35 and AWR legislation across all placements

 

•        Identifying development opportunities within the team and coaching individuals to reach their potential

 

•        Collaborating with senior management to align team performance with wider business goals

 

 

•        Proven experience in a recruitment management or team leadership role

 

•        A strong background in recruitment delivery, ideally within social care, health, or a related sector

 

•        Sound working knowledge of IR35 and AWR regulations

 

•        A natural leader who can inspire confidence, drive results and bring the best out of people

 

•        Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain trusted relationships

 

•        Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

 

•        Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high standard of professionalism
