We are a thriving, specialist recruitment agency operating exclusively within the legal private practice sector. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Delivery Consultant to join our fully remote team.

The Role

This is a pure delivery role — no cold calling, no sales, no business development. Your focus will be entirely on sourcing and placing top legal talent across our existing client portfolio. You will work on roles spanning the full range of seniority, from newly qualified solicitors through to senior partners, across a broad spectrum of practice areas within private practice.

Key Responsibilities

•       Sourcing high-quality legal professionals across all levels of seniority using a variety of methods including headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

•       Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial approach and screening through to offer and placement.

•       Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for both current and future mandates.

•       Conducting thorough candidate assessments to ensure strong alignment with client requirements and firm culture.

•       Maintaining detailed and accurate records within the CRM system.

•       Collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

•       Has solid experience in recruitment, ideally within the legal sector or a related professional services environment.

•       Possesses a proven track record in candidate sourcing and delivery across varying levels of seniority.

•       Is an experienced delivery or resourcer consultant looking to continue in that specialism, or a 360 recruiter who is ready to step away from business development and focus purely on candidate work.

•       Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates.

•       Is highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

•       Has a strong understanding of the legal market, including private practice structures and career pathways, is advantageous but not essential.
