360 Legal Recruitment Consultant - US Market

US Private Practice | 100% Remote | Up to £60,000 Basic DOE

With a strong track record placing legal professionals across private practice law firms in the UK, we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our growth across US-based law firms. This is a fully remote role with real autonomy, exceptional earning potential, and the backing of a reputable agency behind you.

The Role

This is a true 360 billing role. You will be responsible for both winning new business with US private practice law firms and managing the full candidate sourcing and placement process. You will own your desk from day one — building client relationships, taking detailed briefs, headhunting exceptional legal professionals at all levels of seniority, and closing deals. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on both the commercial and candidate sides of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

       Proactively winning new business with private practice law firms across the US, building a client portfolio from the ground up.

       Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner to law firms across a range of practice areas.

       Taking detailed job briefs and providing expert market insight and advice to clients on hiring strategy, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability.

       Sourcing high-quality legal professionals at all levels of seniority — from newly qualified attorneys through to senior partners — using headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

       Managing candidates expertly through the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a first-class experience from first contact to placement.

       Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates to ensure consistent billings.

       Staying abreast of developments in the US legal market to position yourself as a credible and knowledgeable sector specialist.

 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

       Has proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the legal sector or a professional services environment.

       Has a demonstrable track record of winning new business and consistently billing against targets.

       Is commercially astute, confident in client-facing situations, and comfortable leading business development conversations.

       Has experience sourcing and placing candidates at varying levels of seniority, with strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills.

       Has knowledge of or a genuine interest in the US legal market — existing relationships with US law firms would be a significant advantage.

       Is highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing their own time and priorities effectively.

       Has a history of billings that demonstrates consistent performance — your track record will inform the salary offered within our range.
