Recruitment Resourcer
Private Practice Legal Recruitment | London (Hybrid) | Non-Billing
Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with a passion for the legal sector? We are a well-established, specialist recruitment agency operating at the heart of London's Private Practice legal market, and we are looking for a talented Resourcer to join our growing team.
This is a pure delivery-focused role — you won't be billing. Instead, you will be the engine of our candidate pipelines, partnering closely with our consultants to identify, engage, and pool exceptional legal talent across London-based law firms.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing of candidates across a range of Private Practice disciplines, including but not limited to Corporate, Disputes, Real Estate, Finance, and Employment. You will work in close collaboration with our experienced consultants to ensure vacancies are supported by a strong, well-qualified candidate pipeline at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and your own network
• Execute advanced boolean search strings to identify passive and active candidates within Private Practice law
• Build and manage talent pools on LinkedIn Recruiter, maintaining engagement with candidates over time
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, career motivations, and role fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the CRM/ATS
• Collaborate with consultants to understand mandates and deliver candidates that meet both technical and cultural requirements
• Support business development efforts through market mapping and talent intelligence
• Provide regular pipeline updates and sourcing reports to the wider team
About You
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in finding the right person for the right role. You will bring:
• Proven experience in a Resourcer or Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a legal or professional services recruitment setting
• Demonstrable proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including boolean search techniques and talent pooling
• Experience using a variety of sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine interest in the legal sector
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and a structured approach to pipeline management
What We Offer
• A specialist, non-billing Resourcer role with a clear focus on candidate delivery
• A collaborative and supportive team environment within an established agency
• Hybrid working from our central London office
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
• Ongoing training and development to further your career as a specialist within the legal recruitment market
• The opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants with deep networks in Private Practice law
