The Role

You will join a high-performing team placing permanent candidates across a range of specialist disciplines in the US data centre market. You will be responsible for developing existing client relationships while also identifying and winning new business, building your own desk in one of the most in-demand recruitment niches globally.

Typical placements span four core disciplines:

• Sales — Business development, account management, and pre-sales roles
• Technology — IT infrastructure, network engineering, and systems integration
• Construction — Project management, site management, and fit-out specialists
• Engineering — Mechanical, electrical, and commissioning engineers

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Proven recruitment experience within the US market — this is non-negotiable
• A demonstrable track record of winning new clients and growing billing desks
• Experience placing permanent candidates, ideally within technical or infrastructure sectors
• Confidence working across multiple disciplines including sales, tech, construction, or engineering
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• A self-motivated, commercially driven mindset with a hunger to earn
• Familiarity with the data centre or broader built environment sector is highly desirable
