The Role

You will join a high-performing team placing permanent candidates across a range of specialist disciplines within the UK Robotics & Automation market. What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Proven recruitment experience within the UK Robotics, Automation, or wider engineering market — this is non-negotiable
• A demonstrable track record of winning new clients and growing billing desks
• Experience placing permanent candidates within technical, engineering, or technology disciplines
• Confidence working across multiple specialisms within the automation ecosystem
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• A self-motivated, commercially driven mindset with a hunger to earn
