Are you an experienced legal recruitment consultant ready to take your career to the next level? We're a relationship-focused boutique agency with ambitious growth plans, and we're looking for a driven, professional consultant to join us and own the UK private practice legal market.

The Role

You'll work across the full UK private practice landscape, with a particular emphasis on the London market, placing legal professionals into silver circle and magic circle law firms. Working at all levels from associate through to partner, you'll be supported by a dedicated, experienced resourcer who handles candidate sourcing — freeing you to focus on what you do best: building client relationships, winning mandates, and placing top legal talent.

This is a billing role for someone who knows the market, has existing relationships, and is ready to hit the ground running with genuine autonomy.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, specifically within the private practice sector
• Strong knowledge of the London legal market, including silver circle and magic circle firms
• A track record of placing candidates at associate to partner level
• A relationship-driven approach and the highest standards of professionalism and client care
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Someone who takes pride in quality over volume and treats clients and candidates as long-term partners
