Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle within specialist IT technology markets

• Building and developing relationships with clients across the UK and Europe

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality technology candidates using modern sourcing techniques

• Utilising AI-driven recruitment and automation tools to improve candidate engagement and delivery

• Managing the interview and offer process between clients and candidates

• Building long-term networks within your technology niche

• Contributing to the growth and development of your market and team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within IT or technology recruitment

• A proven track record of billing and developing client relationships

• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills

• Motivated, ambitious, and career-driven mindset

• Interest in using modern recruitment technology, AI tools, and automation to improve performance

• A desire to progress into leadership or management roles as the business grows
