THE ROLE

As a Marketing & Digital Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a dedicated desk focused on the UK's dynamic agency marketplace. You'll develop relationships with digital marketing agencies of all shapes and sizes — from independent boutiques to large network agencies — connecting them with the marketing and digital talent they need to grow.

Whether you're joining with an established desk or ready to build one from scratch, you'll have the backing of an experienced leadership team, a strong brand, and a toolkit unlike anything you've worked with before.

This is a 360° or 180° consultancy role — tailored to your experience and ambitions — covering permanent and contract placements across the UK.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow your billing desk
• Conduct market mapping across agency sectors and disciplines
• Negotiate offers and manage stakeholders throughout the process
• Contribute to the culture and growth of the wider team

ABOUT YOU

We're open to consultants at various stages of their career — from proven billers looking for a better platform, to ambitious mid-level consultants ready to step up. What matters most is your drive, commercial instinct, and a genuine interest in the marketing and digital sector.

• Experience in marketing, digital or creative recruitment (agency-side preferred)
• Proven track record of billing and building client relationships
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
• Commercially minded with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Knowledge of the UK digital agency landscape is a strong advantage
• Leadership ambitions welcomed — we actively promote from within
