THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Savings & Investments desk in London. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a well-established client base and candidate network, while bringing your own relationships and new business acumen to an already thriving desk.
You will work with a broad range of clients across the Savings & Investments sector — from boutique wealth managers and IFA networks to global asset managers, platforms, and life & pension providers — placing specialist talent at all levels across the UK.
This is a role for a proven recruiter who knows this market, understands its nuances, and can hit the ground running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and grow a well-established desk within the Savings & Investments sector
- Proactively win new business and develop long-term client relationships
- Source, engage and qualify candidates using the latest AI-powered tools
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of active and passive talent
- Provide genuine market insight and consultative advice to clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Represent the business as a true ambassador for the Financial Services sector

ABOUT YOU
This role requires a recruiter with genuine, demonstrable experience in Financial Services recruitment — specifically within Savings, Investments, or closely adjacent sectors. You will be comfortable operating at senior levels, confident in business development conversations, and capable of managing a complex, relationship-led desk.
- Proven experience in Financial Services recruitment, specifically Savings & Investments or closely related sectors — essential
- Demonstrable track record of winning and retaining new clients
- Strong existing network within the sector
- Ability to operate consultatively with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a disciplined, relationship-first approach
- Ambitious, self-motivated and able to manage your own desk with autonomy
- A genuine passion for Financial Services and the talent landscape within it
