The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client relationships across the insurance sector
• Winning new business and expanding the firm's footprint within IT Change & Transformation
• Sourcing and placing specialist technology and change professionals into permanent and contract roles
• Advising clients on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive compensation benchmarks
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network across the IT Change & Transformation community
• Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team in a well-resourced London office
