Recruitment Consultant – Specialist Resourcer (Blockchain & Quant Trading)
Leeds (Office-based, 5 days a week)
£Competitive + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60k+ after 12 months)

We are working with a high-performing, fast-paced recruitment agency based in Leeds that has built a global reputation over the past 10 years. Operating at the cutting edge of financial markets, they specialise in Blockchain, Crypto Trading, and Quantitative Finance, partnering with clients across the UK, Europe, and international markets.

The Role
This position is focused purely on candidate delivery as a specialist resourcer. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying highly niche, hard-to-find talent across:

• Quant Traders & Quant Researchers
• Software Engineers (Low Latency Trading Systems)
• Blockchain Developers
• Frontend Developers
• DevOps Engineers

All roles are provided to you—there is no business development or client cold calling involved. Your sole focus is on finding the best talent in the market and delivering results.

What to Expect
This is a high-intensity, high-reward environment. The day is structured for maximum output and performance, with clear expectations:

• Minimum 100 candidate calls per day
• Deep market mapping and candidate identification
• Working hours: 10:45am – 7:45pm to align with global markets
• Office-based collaboration with a driven, ambitious team
