Divisional Head – Build Your Own Recruitment Division

Leeds (Hybrid Working)

We are working with an established, multi-sector recruitment agency in Leeds that is looking to appoint an experienced Divisional Head to build and lead a brand-new division.

This is a genuine “build from scratch” opportunity. You’ll have the autonomy to create, shape and scale your own specialist desk within a supportive and well-established business. While there may be some existing client relationships to tap into, the success of this division will be driven by your ability to leverage your own network and win new business from day one.

The Role
As Divisional Head, you will initially operate as a high-performing 360 recruiter, establishing your market, building strong client relationships, and generating consistent revenue. As the division grows, you will transition into a leadership role, hiring, mentoring, and developing your own team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on business development and enjoys the challenge of building something from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment with strong career stability
• A consistent billing track record of at least £150,000 per year
• A proven ability to win new business and develop clients (not reliant on a single key account)
• A strong existing network of candidates and clients that can be leveraged immediately
• A genuine “hunter” mentality with the drive to build a successful division
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is beneficial, but not essential
• A desire to step into a leadership role while remaining a top biller

• Base salary of £35,000 – £40,000 plus an attractive commission structure
