We're a close-knit, specialist boutique recruitment agency with a strong reputation in the Public Practice Accountancy and Finance sector across the UK. We don't do volume — we do quality. Our consultants are trusted advisors to the firms and candidates they work with, and we take real pride in that.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who is ready to work autonomously, bill confidently, and genuinely enjoy what they do — without the politics of a large agency weighing them down.

Your Earning Potential

We offer one of the most generous remuneration packages in the sector: you take home 40% of everything you bill, made up of a competitive basic salary plus an uncapped commission scheme. The more you bill, the more you earn — simple as that.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven background in recruitment, ideally within accountancy, finance, or professional services
• A strong track record of consistent billings and client relationship management
• Self-motivated and disciplined enough to thrive in a fully remote environment
• Excellent communicator — confident on Teams calls, client meetings, and in-person events
• Ambitious but grounded — you want to earn well and do great work, not just hit a leaderboard
• Sector knowledge in Public Practice or Finance is a strong advantage, but not essential if you're hungry to learn
