Divisional Lead / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Build Your Own Division
Location: Kent (Office-based, 5 days per week) ANY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PERMS SECTOR!!

Are you an experienced Senior/Principal Recruiter or Divisional Manager ready to take full ownership of your own business unit—without the risk of starting from scratch?

We’re partnering with an established, market-leading recruitment agency in Kent that has delivered five consecutive years of strong growth. With a proven platform, strong infrastructure, and an excellent reputation in their core market, they are now investing in diversification—and this is where you come in.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine “build your own division” role. You’ll have the autonomy to develop a specialist vertical aligned to your expertise, leveraging your existing relationships, market knowledge, and reputation. You won’t be doing it alone—you’ll be supported with best-in-class tools, systems, and operational backing—but you’ll be the driving force behind the division’s success.

As the division grows, you’ll hire, mentor, and lead your own team, setting the culture, standards, and pace. This is a leadership role where you’ll be expected to lead from the front—billing, developing business, and inspiring those around you.
