As we continue to grow our presence in the GCC, we are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai office. This is a desk-based role specialising in permanent recruitment across Design and Development Management disciplines, supporting some of the region's most ambitious real estate developers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC.

THE ROLE

You will take ownership of an established and active desk, building and managing client and candidate relationships across the GCC real estate development sector. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC
• Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle for permanent Design and Development Management roles
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-calibre candidates for roles spanning design management, development management, planning, and project delivery
• Providing informed market intelligence and salary benchmarking to both clients and candidates
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within your sector
• Collaborating with colleagues across our international office network to leverage global candidate pipelines
• Representing the company with the professionalism and credibility that our client relationships demand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded recruitment professional with relevant sector experience. You don't need to have worked in the EMEA region previously — candidates with strong experience placing Design and Development Management professionals into UK real estate developer environments are very much encouraged to apply.

Essential requirements:

• Proven track record in recruitment within the real estate developer industry, with a focus on Design and/or Development Management disciplines
• Demonstrable experience of managing a 360° permanent recruitment desk
• Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a genuine passion for the property sector

Desirable:

• Prior experience working in or recruiting for the GCC / MENA region
• Existing candidate or client networks within real estate development
• Familiarity with Design Management or Development Management project lifecycles
