As we continue to grow our presence in the GCC, we are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai office. This is a desk-based role specialising in permanent recruitment across the data centre sector, supporting some of the region's most ambitious developers and operators in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC.

THE ROLE

You will take ownership of an established and active desk, building and managing client and candidate relationships across the GCC data centre sector. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with data centre developers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and contractors across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC
• Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle for permanent roles across data centre design, construction, commissioning, and operations
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-calibre candidates for roles spanning critical facilities engineering, project management, design management, MEP, and data centre operations
• Providing informed market intelligence and salary benchmarking to both clients and candidates
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the data centre sector
• Collaborating with colleagues across our international office network to leverage global candidate pipelines
• Representing the company with the professionalism and credibility that our client relationships demand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded recruitment professional with relevant sector experience. You don't need to have worked in the EMEA region previously — candidates with strong experience placing engineering and project management professionals within the UK or international data centre sector are very much encouraged to apply.

Essential requirements:

• Proven track record in recruitment within the data centre, critical facilities, or broader construction and engineering sector
• Demonstrable experience of managing a 360° permanent recruitment desk
• Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a genuine passion for the technology infrastructure sector

Desirable:

• Prior experience working in or recruiting for the GCC / MENA region
• Existing candidate or client networks within data centre development, hyperscale, or colocation environments
• Familiarity with data centre design, build, and operations lifecycles including MEP, critical power, and cooling systems
