THE OPPORTUNITY
We are a globally established recruitment agency specialising exclusively in the Property, Construction and Energy sectors, with offices across Australia, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, and beyond. With a track record spanning over a decade, we have built an unrivalled reputation for connecting exceptional talent with the world's leading construction organisations, contractors, and project delivery teams.
As we continue to grow our Singapore operation, we are looking to appoint recruitment professionals at all levels — from Recruitment Consultant through to Associate Director — to join our team. These are desk-based roles specialising in permanent recruitment across the full spectrum of the construction sector, supporting main contractors, specialist subcontractors, developers, project managers, and consultants across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific market.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, internationally connected team at a pivotal moment for construction activity across the region. Asia-Pacific is home to some of the world's most ambitious and complex construction programmes, spanning infrastructure, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial development — driving sustained and significant demand for high-calibre construction professionals.
THE ROLES
We are open to candidates at the following levels:
- Recruitment Consultant
- Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Principal Consultant
- Associate Director
Regardless of level, you will be building and managing client and candidate relationships across the construction sector in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific market. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with main contractors, specialist subcontractors, developers, project management consultancies, and engineering firms across Singapore and Asia-Pacific
- Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle for permanent roles across the breadth of the construction sector, including site management, project management, quantity surveying, estimating, engineering, design management, and commercial management
- Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-calibre candidates across all construction disciplines and seniority levels
- Providing informed market intelligence and salary benchmarking to both clients and candidates
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within your specialist area
- Collaborating with colleagues across our international office network to leverage global candidate pipelines
- Representing the company with the professionalism and credibility that our client relationships demand
More senior candidates will be expected to take on additional responsibilities including team leadership, strategic account management, and contribution to the growth and direction of the Singapore office.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for driven and commercially minded recruitment professionals with relevant sector experience at any stage of their career. You don't need to have worked in the Asia-Pacific region previously — candidates with strong experience placing construction professionals within the UK or other international construction markets are very much encouraged to apply.
Essential requirements:
- Proven track record in recruitment within the construction sector or a closely related discipline, such as engineering, infrastructure, or project management
- Demonstrable experience of managing a 360° permanent recruitment desk
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a genuine passion for the built environment
Desirable:
- Prior experience working in or recruiting for the Asia-Pacific construction market
- Existing candidate or client networks within contracting, project management, quantity surveying, or construction consultancy
- Familiarity with the full construction project lifecycle across a range of asset classes including commercial, residential, infrastructure, and industrial
- For senior roles: demonstrable experience of leading, mentoring, or developing junior recruitment staff
