The Opportunity

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to plant your flag in one of Australia's most exciting and fast-growing markets? We are looking for a driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Property division in Adelaide, specialising in the placement of specialist Real Estate talent across some of the world's most sophisticated investment and asset management platforms.

This is a genuine 360 billing role — you'll own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer management. You'll be operating in a niche, high-value market with strong demand and a warm client base to build from.

The Market You'll Work In

You'll be recruiting across the full breadth of the Real Estate sector, partnering with clients that include:

• Private Equity Groups
• Sovereign Wealth Funds
• Pension Funds
• Superannuation Funds
• Investment Trusts
• Private Owners
• Property Agencies

Roles you'll place will span capital markets, finance, investment, fund management and development — working with professionals at all levels from high-calibre specialists through to C-suite and board appointments.

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates at Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level. What matters most is your track record and your drive. You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within real estate, property, finance, or a related professional services discipline
• A strong business development mindset with the confidence to build and manage senior client relationships
• Experience or genuine interest in the Real Estate investment and asset management space (knowledge of the sector is advantageous but not essential — what you know about recruiting and building a desk matters most)
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Ambition to grow — whether that's building a desk from strength to strength or progressing into a leadership role over time
