The Opportunity

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to take your career to the next level in Australia's largest and most dynamic property market? We are looking for a driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Property division in Sydney, specialising in the placement of senior Real Estate Investment, Funds and Asset Management talent across some of the world's most sophisticated platforms.

This is a genuine 360 billing role — you'll own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer management. You'll be operating in a highly specialised, high-value market with strong demand and a warm client base to build from.

The Market You'll Work In

You'll be focused on the investment, funds and asset management side of real estate, partnering with clients that include:

• Private Equity Groups
• Sovereign Wealth Funds
• Pension Funds
• Superannuation Funds
• Investment Trusts
• Private Owners
• Property Agencies

Roles you'll place will span fund management, investment management, asset management, capital markets, acquisitions, portfolio management and investor relations — working with professionals from analyst through to Managing Director and C-suite level.

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates at Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level. What matters most is your track record and your drive. You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within real estate, investment management, financial services, or a related professional services discipline
• A strong business development mindset with the confidence to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at leading investment and fund management platforms
• Experience or genuine interest in the Real Estate investment and funds management space (sector knowledge is advantageous but not essential — what you know about recruiting and building a desk matters most)
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Ambition to grow — whether that's building a desk from strength to strength or progressing into a leadership role over time
