We are growing our Global Consumer practice and are looking for an Executive Search Associate to join our team in South Manchester.

This opportunity could suit an experienced recruiter looking to transition into retained executive search, or someone with commercial or industry experience who wants to build a long-term career in executive search and leadership advisory. You will work closely with experienced search professionals and gain exposure to senior-level hiring processes, leadership assessment, client engagement and global market mapping.

We are looking for intellectually curious individuals who are commercially minded, relationship driven and motivated by building a long-term career in a high-quality, global search environment.

What you will be doing

Mapping global consumer markets, competitors and leadership structures. Identifying and engaging senior leadership talent across international markets. Conducting detailed candidate outreach and assessment conversations. Supporting retained executive search delivery from briefing through to appointment. Managing candidate and client processes with a high level of professionalism. Producing market insight and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholders. Building long-term relationships with senior executives and industry leaders. Contributing insight into market trends and potential client opportunities.

What we offer

This is a non-billing research and delivery role, with a clear pathway to a full 360 billing position for the right person. You will receive a basic salary of up to £45,000, with a realistic OTE of £80,000 in year one, alongside the opportunity to develop your career within a well-respected, internationally active firm.
