Executive Search Associate – Interim Practice Leeds | Office Based, 5 Days Per Week Basic Salary up to £45,000 | OTE £80,000 Year 1

We are growing our Interim practice and are looking for an Executive Search Associate to join our team in Leeds.

This opportunity could suit an experienced recruiter looking to transition into retained executive search, or someone with commercial or industry experience who wants to build a long-term career in interim executive search and leadership advisory. You will work closely with experienced search professionals and gain exposure to senior-level interim hiring processes, leadership assessment, client engagement and market mapping across a broad range of sectors.
We are looking for intellectually curious individuals who are commercially minded, relationship driven and motivated by building a long-term career in a high-quality, global search environment.
What you will be doing
Mapping markets, competitors and leadership structures to identify senior interim talent. Engaging with experienced executives and senior leaders who operate in an interim capacity. Conducting detailed candidate outreach and assessment conversations. Supporting the delivery of interim search assignments from briefing through to placement. Managing candidate and client processes with a high level of professionalism and pace. Producing market insight and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholders. Building long-term relationships with senior interim executives and industry leaders. Contributing insight into market trends and potential client opportunities.
What we offer
This is a non-billing research and delivery role, with a clear pathway to a full 360 billing position for the right person. You will receive a basic salary of up to £45,000, with a realistic OTE of £80,000 in year one, alongside the opportunity to develop your career within a well-respected, internationally active firm.
