✔ Previous experience within Education Recruitment

✔ Proven success as a Team Leader, Business Manager or Branch Manager

✔ Strong leadership and coaching abilities

✔ Commercially minded with a track record of billing success

✔ Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
